Hot-Dip Galvanized Cable Trays Progress to Installation Stage in Outer Mongolia
In January, Shanghai Qiongkai Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully executed a shipment of Hot-Dip Galvanized Cable Trays to a client in Outer Mongolia. Following the delivery and subsequent installation, our client has shared on-site photographs confirming the product's performance and finish in the field.

The images demonstrate that the cable trays have now been integrated into the local construction project. We are pleased to report that the products delivered by Shanghai Qiongkai met the specific pre-installation requirements requested by the client. Prior to shipment, each tray underwent meticulous surface preparation, including the careful grinding and removal of any zinc dross—a common byproduct of the galvanization process.
Furthermore, attention was paid to every mounting hole and connection point. All openings were thoroughly cleared and deburred, ensuring that the installation process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free for the local workforce. This level of detail not only facilitated a faster setup but also resulted in a clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing finished structure.
This specific model of cable tray features a structural design developed by Shanghai Qiongkai Industrial Co., Ltd., characterized by its unique reinforcement rib treatment and precise hole spacing arrangement. Notably, this design is identical to the model used for the batch of pre-galvanized reinforced perforated cable trays shipped to Saudi Arabia in January. Please refer to the article "Pre-galvanized Reinforced Perforated Cable Trays Shipped to Saudi Arabia" for more details. Recently, this particular design has gained significant popularity among our clients. It not only enhances the visual appeal of the trays but also effectively improves the structural stability and ventilation for heat dissipation, combining form with function to meet diverse project requirements.
